Individual & Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
We work with adults seeking support for a variety of concerns. This ranges from learning new skills to cope with anxiety, exploring gender identity, or navigating difficult relationships in your family. What you work on in therapy is based on what you need, what your goals are, and being met where you are in your change process.
One of our main focuses is to create a space for each individual to have a sense of hope, safety, and agency in their treatment process. It's so important to feel supported, understood, and in control throughout the therapeutic process.
As a group, our therapists share similar treatment philosophies. Individually, we offer unique styles and areas of expertise.
Couples Therapy
Couples come to therapy for a variety of difficulties including: lack of connection, communication, infidelity, sexual concerns, parenting, extended family relationships, divorce or separation, and financial concerns.
Our couples therapists are trained in specific therapeutic approaches which facilitate a deeper understanding of the issues presented, as well as ways to cope, heal, and move forward in the relationship. See Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Gottman Method for more information.
