You can call, email, or send us a message and one of our intake coordinators, Allison and Amy, will reach out to you to try to find a therapist that is a good fit.
A typical session lasts 53-55 minutes in length. The costs varies based on if your health insurance provides coverage or if you qualify for our sliding scale rates. Check out our insurance and fees for more information.
We accept many different insurances, which you can see on our insurance and fees page. Your copay will vary based on your coverage.
You can request to receive a "Superbill" on a monthly basis, which you can then submit to your insurance carrier. This will have all the information you need to get reimbursed if you have Out of Network benefits.
We don't provide medication management but we can refer you to a psychiatrist.
One of our intake coordinators, Amy or Allison, will reach back out to chat with you about your goals for therapy and ask some questions to make sure they can make a good match with one of our therapists.
After that call, they will check in to see who would be a good fit and matches your availability. If they have found a good match, they will let you know and have your new therapist reach out to you to schedule your first appointment.
When you first meet, together you'll discuss our intake forms and then talk about what is bringing you into therapy. You'll get to know their style as a therapist and they'll get to know you, your history, and goals for therapy.
Sometimes it takes a few sessions to know if your therapist is a good fit. You want to feel like you can share your thoughts and feelings with them and open up when you're ready. You might want to ask the therapist about their style, their experience working with your issues, and their plan for treatment. These questions can help you feel confident about your future work together.
