I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space in which you might explore the problems and stressors in your life.  My goal as your therapist is to help identify what prevents you from feeling good and accomplishing your goals, and finding ways to address these difficulties. Together, we will discover ways you can cope better with life’s challenges.

I received my Masters degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University in 2007 and obtained my clinical license in 2009. I have been practicing psychotherapy in a variety of settings since 2005, including intensive family therapy, drug/alcohol addiction and trauma treatment with women,  medical settings, and with parents on work/life balance, as well as training therapists and treating clients remotely, via a telemental health practice.

I have a passion for what I do and enjoy helping people to recognize and elicit dormant strengths, utilizing the knowledge and insight that is already present within each person. My therapeutic framework includes psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, behavioral approaches, mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Informed Practice.

As the Clinical Coordinator here at Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates, I also support clients and therapists in the intake process, provide administrative support, and will help connect clients with therapists and offer referral support as needed.
