My goal in therapy is for you to feel seen and held while exploring what is most present. What I bring to the space is a warm, gentle, and empathetic presence with a desire to nurture your connection to self. I believe relationships can be healing and through co-creating a space of trust and safety, the magic of therapy can occur.
I use a holistic, trauma-informed, and relational approach. I am trained in EMDR and enjoy utilizing mindfulness. For those of you that are interested, I like drawing on spirituality as an avenue for healing and invite you to bring your own spirituality to help guide our work together. By blending elements from various approaches, therapy will be tailored based on your needs.
As a queer and trans clinician I welcome all gender and sexual identities.
I received my Masters in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania in 2021 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
