My goal in therapy is for you to feel seen and held while exploring what is most present. What I bring to the space is a warm, gentle, and curious presence with a desire to nurture your connection to self. I believe relationships can be healing and through co-creating a space of trust and safety, the magic of therapy can occur.
As with any relationship, collaboration is important and we will work together to tailor therapy to your needs.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed, and relational approach. I am trained in EMDR and enjoy utilizing parts-work informed techniques, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. For those of you that are interested, I like drawing on spirituality as an avenue for healing and invite you to bring your own spirituality to help guide our work together.
Prior to joining the practice, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric programs, and substance use programs. I received my Masters in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania in 2021 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
As a queer and trans/genderfluid clinician I welcome all gender and sexual identities.
